10183.0 was active at 2340z with SIERRA 3 DELTA (female operator; weak with
fading on signal; better earlier) bcsting 3 EAMs: 27-character GVX6NT;
12-character FVR2XO; 31-character LAPPWHC.
The last string ended with three numbers that sounded like "six two
one". It's extremely rare for an EAM string to contain a "one" (and zeros,
eights and nines), at least since the days of embedded datetime groups in
the early 80s.. The "621" may have been added to a 28-character string
heard earlier in the local afternoon.
