[MilCom] Townsend Range Active

[Mac McCormick III]

Townsend Range (R-3007) is active with great activity
from A-10s, F/A-18s, and JSTARS.  HAWKs (A-10,
131 FS), WINDERs (F/A-18, VFA-86), and NIGHTSTAR
(JSTARS) are active on 228.400 and 252.900, range
frequencies and 388.225 (JSTARS discrete).  They
are working with Ground FACs REDHORSE and BULLET.
