[MilCom] C-130 ADW

The proposed budget calls for the C-130J program to come to a close at the 
end of 2006. So several senators and works here at Lockheed are sweating bullets 
right now (Not to mention the F/A-22 program would end in 2008 if the budget 
is passed). But it is starting to look likely those programs will get more 
life as I believe the AF would have to pay about $1.7billion in penalties to 
Lockheed if they cut the J program short.
