319.00:  DOG-3, (Unk), with Denver Center, FL 270. Wants climb to 290 but 
Center says no due to new RVSM rules. Switch 354.15 and 346.25. ((Possible T-45, 
VT-7, Meridian. Not sure if VFA-143 is fully qualified in their new F/A-18E's 
yet))
291.675: DRAGON-11, flight of 2, (F-21/KFIR, ATAC), land; then on to Fallon. 
((One sweet aircraft to watch fly. Very fast))
