NAS Whidbey Island has two Paddles frequencies used for Field Carrier
Landing Practice (FCLP) and Carrier Controlled Approach (CCA).
Fom the Whidbey Air Operations Manual:
CHANNEL FREQUENCY AGENCY
8 363.6 NUW Paddles
9 384.4 Coup Paddles
NUW = Ault Field
Coup = Outlying Field (OLF), Coupeville.
