[MilCom] 356.1500

Signal was almost pinning the meter on the Icom - which normally only
happens when the aircraft is with 20 miles of my location and at low
altitude.  Don't show any visits due in so I assume maybe something into
McGuire or Dover....not sure yet so still monitoring.
