[MilCom] Presidential CAP over Philly

Presidential CAP is active over NW Philadelphia suburbs (2/10/05).

260.900 Huntress with Gambler 13/14 and Roving 88

143.800 Air-Air acvitivy.  Voices sound like the Gambler crew.  I have this as
a 111th Fighter Wing tac frequency.  I assume "Gambler" would be F-16's from
Atlantic City?

Early on (around 1PM or so, I caught part of a transmission to switch to
"45.45".  I plugged in 45.45, 145.45, 245.45, and 345.45 and never heard
anything.  The Gambler flights kept mentioning comms with Center, but I never
heard them on any nearby UHF ZNY frequencies.  Anyone know what they would have
