which leads me to believe these boys crossing KS & using AR freq they are
familar w/ vice AR freqs for tracks across KS))

340.200 (KFOE TOWER)
1923Z - WYLIE-13 (strange atmospherics -- 1st time can recall hearing
someone on this freq fm QTH)
