Missile defense test coming up in the Pacific.

Missile Defense Agency aircraft HALO I (tail number N74A) will be departing 
Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Calif., in the next few minutes (17:55Z) 
heading for Honolulu, Hawaii.

HALO II is already at Marshall Island, Kwajalein, Bucholz.

Both aircraft are Gulfstream IIB.

HALO stands for High Altitude Observatory.
