[MilCom] "Q" Military Experimental Aircraft Monitoring?

One correction in my report on Q or Excalibur as it is known. I 
mistakenly called it a Norhtrop Grumman project but it is believed to 
be a joint Boeing/NG project.

Also, if you haven't rushed out and bought CODE WORDS by Wiliam 
Arkin, do yourself a favor and do so (even though it is $27) I tied 
to post a message earlier about this amazing book earlier but it 
bounced back as in error. MILCOM monitors would find it a very useful 
resource.
