[MilCom] "Q" Military Experimental Aircraft Monitoring?

Steve Douglas, 'Popular Communications" magazine columnist ('Utility 
Communications Digest') in the February edition, make mention of a new 
mach-5 spy plane flying out of Area 51 (Neveda)...

We don't seem to get very many reports/loggings on these lists about 
hobbyists monitoring these test type activities..   Are all the comms 
encrypted OR are there some ATC related comms... Would be nice to see some 
reports from the Neveda area.
