2248Z    8983.0    CAMSLANT passes that they are searching for a raft with 6-7 people drifting towards Cuba. The 23 foot vessel has family members looking for the raft

2326Z    5732.0    17C reporting TOI to PANTHER. TOI is vessel REBECCA with homeport to St. Johns anchored in position 21-29N 074-44W. They request PANTHER run a check on it. Vessel states they are waiting for a pilot to go into port, but 17C states they are in the middle of nowhere and it all seems "really really weird". PANTHER instructs them to proceed to 22-42N 074-25W and look for a white 23 foot motor vessel
