TOPCAT 03 was up on UHF near KCHS earlier this afternoon.

     11175.0 was active at 2011z with TOPCAT 03 (fair levels here) calling
MAINSAIL and raising LAJES (unheard here but initially readable to TOPCAT
03) and requesting current traffic. LAJES became "2 by" to 03 and was handed
off to PUERTO RICO (weak/readable here).  PUERTO RICO asked if he wanted the
preamble, was told yes, and passed 7YM??V (muffled) and gone.
