[MilCom] Hobbyists to Aid With Security

Apparently our friends in the railfan/scan hobby are being recognized by one 
railroad company as being a welcome addition to security while enjoying the 
hobby of train watching & photographing.

Now wouldn't it be nice if the various AF/AFRC/ANGB & other services 
security folks would see "on scene" hobbyists at military airfields as a 
positive aspect to enhancing security while allowing hobbyist to have fun in 
the process!!!
