[MilCom] C-135 "Cobra 47"

It is 6:47pm EST (2347z).
   Cobra 47, a C-135 (most likely #63-8047), is departing this area, heading 
back to Offutt AFB. His routing is Orlando > Cross City > Seminole > Atlanta > 
Offutt.  He had intended to land at the Shuttle Landing Facility, but was 
unable there. Instead he did a touch-and-go at Patrick and said he has enough gas 
to hoof it back to Offutt. Handoffs so far: 133.75, 132.65, 124.8, 133.475.
