It is 6:10pm EST (2310z).
   REACH 4667 is passing through this area, bringing two pallets from 
Guantanamo Bay NS to Norfolk. Says his ETA is two hours.
   I am guessing REACH 4667 is C-130H 74-1677 which used to be a Dyess bird.
