"Monitoring Times" Milcom (Monitoring Military Communications) column has 
been running an almost monthly series on Air Route Traffic Control Centers 
to included transmitter locations and paired VHF/UHF freqs:

December 2005:  Chicago & Minneapolis
November 2005:  Fort Worth & Houston
October 2005:  Boston, Cleveland, Indianapolis
September 2005:  Washington & New York
August 2005:  Jacksonville & Miami
July 2005:  Memphis
June 2005:  Atlanta

Rather than ordering reprints I'd get the CD-ROM disk that has the entire 
2005 publication series on it.  Usually runs around $20.00 or so.
