I have found 303.0 to be quite active in movements up the Alaska 
highway route. I actually had a recording with the Denali HF  A/R 
frequency being discussed. I never realized this is important stuff. 
The  HF frequency is 4047.  I gave these frequencies to both Matt and 
bcradioman a few years ago, just to show that I am not making this up.
