Just goes to show that you should never say never.  I hear Altus AFB 
KC-135 tanker pilots using the terms all the time.  They may not be 
official designations, but they are in use.

One day soon I'll capture them saying it on tape, but then again ... 
since it is me.. it would be seen as self-serving and bogus so I 
leave it up to others.
