[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - JSTARS 33

     11175.0 was active at 1658z with JSTARS 33 (weak/mostly unreadable
here) working MCCLELLAN (fair) for a phone patch to a commercial 478 number
apparently regarding radar installation issues.  During the patch an unknown
station (now weak/mostly unreadable) popped up on freq at 1705z with his EAM
rebroadcast but did not interfere with the ongoing comm.
