[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - DANDILION

     11175.0 was active at 1638z with DANDILION (weak/often unheard) working
OFFUTT for a phone patch to a DSN 271 number for orderwire coordination and
gone.

     11175.0 was active at 1703z with an unknown station (too weak to
follow) working OFFUTT and requesting a SELCAL check.  OFFUTT advised that
they were not SELCAL capable but offered to provide the name and freqs of
stations that would be able to help.  OFFUTT offered SAN FRANCISCO, NEW YORK
and CEDAR RAPIDS (Rockwell Collins).  The station apparently requested SAN
FRANCISCO and OFFUTT gave him 11342.0, 13348.0 and 17925.0.
