[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - OVERDRAFT

     8992.0 was active at 1430z with the HFGCS h+00/h+30 rebcsting a
28-character EAM (WRW5BN) and a 27-character EAM (WREUYA).  There may have
been a very weak/unreadable player underneath the strings sending something
else.

     8992.0 was active at 1436z with OVERDRAFT (very weak/mostly unreadable
here) calling PUERTO RICO and raising MCCLELLAN (good to fair/weak) for a
phone patch to a commercial area code 405 number.  Brief patch and gone.  At
1443z ANDREWS (weak/fair) bcst a 23-character EAM (WRGATD).

     The recent WR... EAMs are unusual in reagard to their lengths and
number.  8992.0 was active on 09 Dec 05 at 1430z with the 18-character EAM
(WRAKXL), a 37-character EAM (WRJRTE), a 33-character EAM (WR5EV6), and at
1503z (in the middle of the h+00 rebcst) another 18-character EAM (WRGEDA).
