[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - BRAVO 81

     11175.0 was active at 1844z with BRAVO 81 (weak/barely readable here)
calling MAINSAIL and raising OFFUTT (and another HFGCS station) and
requesting current message traffic.  OFFUTT responded with "no current
traffic" and volunteered the preamble for the "last EAM" (a GQ... string),
and gone.
