311.0 - BANKRUPT broadcasting an EAM to UNK player, followed by
ANDREWS broadcasting an EAM on 8992.

Caught me by surprise, as UHF EAMs around here are extremely rare,
especially since they stood down and sent to the desert all the EC-135
'GLASS aircraft that used to be at KGUS (Grissom).
