Approach plates have the UHF frequencies

Just a quick addition that the Air Route Traffic Control Centers listed in 
that section (Boston, Cleveland, Indianapolis, New York, & Washington) 
(9/1/05 edition) DO NOT HAVE ANY UHF Aero freqs listed, only VHF....   So 
it's doubtful that this is being added.
