[MilCom] MIL: 15016.0 - FIRELIGHT

     15016.0 was active at 1634z with FIRELIGHT (fair levels here with
fading) bcsting a 28-character EAM (KIKPF4) and simulcasting same on at
least 11175.0 (weak/mostly unreadable) with nothing heard on 8992.0 or
4724.0.

     15016.0 was active at 1804z and 1835z with FIRELIGHT (fair) bcsting
another 28-character EAM (KI2WO7) with nothing heard on the lower freqs.
