[MilCom] No UHF Freqs listed in the USIFR Suppliment for ZDC??

[Larry Van Horn, N5FPW]

It has been that way for quite some time now, first heard about it from the 
SCAN-DC gang. There has been no explanation and other government source 
background files do not indicate a "do not print" condition. There is no 
explanation.
