[MilCom] MIL: 15025.0 - SMASHER and OMNI 04

     11175.0 was active at 1453z with OMNI 04 (weak/readable levels here)
calling MAINSAIL and raising OFFUTT (weak/fair) and requesting phone patch
to SMASHER.  OMNI 04 requested HIGH FOX freqs to work SMASHER direct and was
given 15025.0 and 11205.0., and gone.

     15025.0 was active at 1459z with OMNI 04 (fair/weak) calling SMASHER.
A moment later SMASHER (fair/good) popped up and called OMNI 04 but received
no known response and quiet.  Nothing heard on 11205.0.
