Thanks to all for the information.

>From many private emails and list postings, looks like 
ROSS 99 was and FBI plane.  Not sure of the type
of aircraft.  But, I can say I didn't hear any prop
noise in the background.

Again, thanks for all the responses!  The people on these
lists are a wealth of information.
