[MilCom] Twist 40

hi guys

i need a little help with this callsign

just up on Arctic Radio 8891 was Twist 40, Arctic gave him vhf 126.7 as the frequency for the
rest of his destination and advised him selcal not required.
can anybody id this callsign please.
with so many different callsigns around in both mil/civil who knows..

theres a lot of ALE running on this freq tonight although i dont decode it but maybe of interest to somebody that does.

any help on the Twist callsign much appreciated.
