[MilCom] Hurricane Katrina Comms on 800

Many of the comms are coming through the statewide 800 trunk system.  I'm 130
miles away and I'm hearing many of the agencies casting a wide net.  Heard an
order last night to acquire 10 airboats by any means necessary.

This is just a sample.  The comms are constant all day and night and
unfiltered.

The National Guard is the only agency using mil type comms on the 800 system so
they are easy to spot if you're not trunk tracking.  I use a trunk tracker at
night but a PRO-83 at the office.  Easy to follow.

Every agency who is anybody has a talkgroup, NG, Red Cross, Acadian Ambulance,
all police troops, Wildlife, hospitals, highways, Coast Guard, New Orleans EMC,
on and on.
