Airhead for Support Operations? Re: [MilCom] Hurricane Katrina Comms

Would seem to me that the more logical approach would be to active national 
guard units from states NOT hit by the
hurricane, since many of these LA & MS guardsmen/womena have been personally 
affected by the tragedy..

Wondering where the air head for bringing in support is going to be setup? 
Perhaps the NOTAMS will
have some information ..
