[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - SAM 9300 and OFFUTT

11175.0 was active at 1522z with SAM 9300 (weak/barely readable) working 
OFFUTT (weak) for a phone patch for weather for what sounded like "KBTK". I 
can't find a "KBTK" so I suspect it was for KBTR, Baton Rogue.
