CG CAMSLANT non-stop w/Katrina ops. Some a/c lack UHF, HF fine on COTHERN &
5/8 megs. Several a/c over mainland NORLNS plucking stranded from jetties,
rooftops, u.s.w.

Passing thought, though surely considerate and caring to 'notch' amateur
freqs, how will BPL greaseballs justify harmful, perhaps lethal interference to HF
rescue ops?

Surely they would, loss of life notwithstanding. Letter to FCC might prove
poignant in light of HF's vital role during Katrina.

Can't you hear them? "Regrettably BPL interfered with non-notched HF used by
future valued customers, but we're offering Coast Guard a special
introductory deal on new BPL air-to-ground system! No finance charge! Free tech advice!
Sorry about the stiffs."

Write, before these craven spirochetes jam HF forever. FL Congresswoman
Katherine Harris is a shortwave buff concerned about noisy 90's fulfillment of
mantra recited by the bouffanted bullshale artiste, "everyone must have access'.
We have it. 90's over. As should be failed, half-baked klepto schemes like BPL
and IBOC/HD. Talk about pollution. Where are the protesters? If they could
see RF smegma from BPL/IBOC-HD they'd be howling.

                                                                        -Z.-
