[MilCom] Southwest Memphis Center frequencies

I heard Memphis Center that controls high altitude and
lower, FL 400 to FL 180, or in that ball park, has
been having their frequencies cutting in and out.  
Most A/C flying over BNA have been leveling around
16,000, including SENTRY 05 trying to get to Tinker.  
It has also been causing delays. They aren't sure if
Katrina is the culpret or not.   Thought I would pass
this along.
