[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - INTERNAL, OFFUTT and GENETIC

     11175.0 was active at 0209z with INTERNAL (fair to good levels
here with fading) calling MAINSAIL and eventually raising ANDREWS
(weak/barely readable here and to INTERNAL).  ANDREWS immediately had
OFFUTT (good) pop up and work INTERNAL for a phone patch to a common
DSN 939 number id'ing as GENETIC.  INTERNAL requested the 7C on RF17
in station DAYLIGHT (GEP alias), asked that the request be sent to the
proper party and terminated the patch.  Gone at 0217z.
