[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - RSC

     11175.0 was active at 1252z with PUERTO RICO (weak) calling ROMEO
SIERRA CHARLIE a number of times with no response and gone.  At 1301z
PUERTO RICO and then MCCLELLAN called ROMEO SIERRA CHARLIE with no
response.  At 1302z MCCLELLAN (weak/barely readable) worked ____ 01
(weak/unreadable) to advise no current traffic.  At 1307z and 1320z
MCCLELLAN again called ROMEO SIERRA CHARLIE with no response. 
Probably Rockwell Collins SCOPE Command site.
