[MilCom] NASA 955 (747) on UHF

Caught Nasa 955 (B747) on tape calling "Lake Charles Tower" on uniform.  I
suspect the old guy was on the wrong freq as I don't have LC tower in my
scanner. He was probably on 235.4 (Nasa Ops freq) which is in my scanner.
