[MilCom] Help tracking down plane information

There is a gentleman that emailed my site looking for some information on a plane.  I didn't know, but I wanted to post it here to see if anyone might be able to help him. This is the email...
"I have been trying to locate a picture of the aircraft’s tail art that brought me home from Operation Desert Storm. I was with the fist group of 1st TFW personnel to deploy and then return 7 months later. All I remember about the aircraft was it was a transport and had commercial seats. The tail art consisted of what I would consider a realistic looking cave woman and a pair of wolves, one on each side of her. I also believe she was holding a spear.                                   
Any information you might have would be appreciated."
