Recently Allan Stern sent a message that the US Air Force MARS had changed its primary aircraft phone patch freq from 13927.0 to 13927.1. He also said there would be more changes coming. Well here is the rest of the story direct from the MARS folks themselves off of one of their websites:

The Air Force MARS Phone Patch net operates every day, call any time for any MARS operator on the primary operating frequency of 13927.1 kHz.
