Hmmm,

It appears that the following may also have some articles from time to time.

"National Communications " http://www.nat-com.org/    Appears that the 
Jul/Aug 2005 edition has a feature article on "Monitoring Michigan Selfridge 
AFB & Battle Creek ANG Bases" --- Too bad that magazine doesn't offer a 
comprehensive past issues index, since they do offer purchase of the 
magazine via a PDF file emailed to you...

"Scanning USA" http://www.scanningusa.com/ appears to have a column called 
"Milair/Fed Report" & the current edition August 2005 covers "Civil Air 
Patrol, Learning The Importance of This Activity" -- however, they also 
don't offer a comprehensive index of past issues.  Also no pdf  emails, you 
can order via US Mail.
