Somewhat off topic!
Probably a better indicator is the heat index which takes into consideration
dry temperature as well as relative humidity.
See http://www.csgnetwork.com/heatindexcalcs.html it has both the formula
as well as a tables constructed for a quick determination of the the "heat
index"...
