[MilCom] New digital TRS at Ft Benning

On 4 Aug 2005 a new digital control channel was heard in the Columbus GA
area in the 380-400MHz DoD LMR range. My BCD396T is showing a sysid of
001Eh-0303 when set to P25. So far no talkgroups have been found. To date
the following frequencies have been observed with control channel data:

388.250
388.400
388.700
388.850
389.4875

And P25 voice has been heard on the following frequencies:

386.825
388.000

Reports from other monitors in the area show the control channels are
being heard up to 70 miles away! However the voice channels are much
weaker and I am only getting a 5% decode rate from 25 miles away.
Hopefully this will improve as this new system is brought online.
