[MilCom] 168.5 Mhz

165.3125 does bring up the repeater and I heard Whisky Town park rangers 
getting through the Coast Guard repeater the other day.  WTPR output is 
also 165.3125.

Also per below to Ken.  In rereading my verbiage below of "Dead wrong" 
that was a little strong, I did not mean to be so strong, sorry.  Should 
have put it a different way.
