Noted at Alexandria this  afternoon:

OH-58C 69-16162/OC JRTC departed to Fort Polk as "ARMY  162"
UH-60A/L ??-?????/23 "Aviation Technical Test Center" titles on the  engine 
cowl
UH-60Q ??-?????
AH-64D 96-5006 no marks  

First time I've heard OH-58's using their tail numbers, they usually use  
KILO ##. Anyone see a "23" coded UH-60 at Cairns recently? The Blackhawks and  
Apache departed together to Biloxi Mississippi as "ARMY 006 flight."
 
Working in the southern end of R-3801, near Oakdale Louisiana were  RAIDR 1-3 
on 346.6.
