[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - JAKE 12

      11175.0 was active at 0021z with JAKE 21 (unheard here) working 
OFFUTT (fair) for current message traffic.  OFFUTT pass the complete string 
for SJSAGI and repeated it at the request of JAKE 21.

       At 0106z GULF 27 (or sounds like; ___ 27) requested a radio check 
and raised GULF 26 (or sounds like; both fair/good here) for same and gone.

      At 0111z AIRCRAFT 1584 (good levels) worked [missed the HFGCS id; 
fair/weak] for a signal check (always described as a "liaison radio check") 
and asked if the ground station had time for another check.  He was told 
that they have all night for the check.  1584 then conducted radio checks 
over the next 20 minutes or so.  At 0144z AIRCRAFT 1592 (good/fair) popped 
up looking for a "liaison radio check" and worked 1584 for same.  They then 
suggested that they go to uhf to "get a positive line on station 300" but 
were back up in a minute for more chit chat and checks and then done.
