No they don't.  The head of the Marines and Coast Guard are the 
Commandants of their service.  There are several Asst Commandants, which 
is there job title, i.e. for the Coast Guard Asst Commandant for Marine 
Safety, Operations, Systems, Human Resources, Acquisition, Govt & Public 
Affairs, then there are Deputy Assistant Commandants.  The Asst 
Commandants are normally a 2 star Admrial.
