[MilCom] For Mr. Torch its definitely not a 9-5 hobby

Around here I have never heard any milcom after 2200 local till a week 
ago, I was hearing some refuelling on AR16 over norhern Missouri.
  I run scanrec now to capture the stuff off my BC780XLT while I work 
the 3rd shift.
