[MilCom] Re: N/E TX (TDY) SCOUT

We get alot of SCALP's but this was SCOUT. 
SCOUT was also the callsign used for the race flyover
this past Sunday in Fort Worth.

SCOUT 24 was enroute to Tinker for maint.
