[MilCom] Callsign, Congo base. A/C callsign Bravo Delta 161

Adam answered your question regarding the Bravo Delta callsign. As for
"Congo", are you sure you didn't hear "Condor"? That is the name of the
VR-64 squadron so it would fit if you heard BD 161 use it. Their CP freq. is
273.000. Is that the freq. you heard it on?

No idea about Bootjack.
